We regularly evaluate these programs to maintain the best overall package for our employees. OraSure contributes an average of 80% of the cost of the premiums for medical and dental plans. The following benefit plans are available to regular full-time employees:
OraSure Technologies offers the choice between two medical PPO plans to fit personal needs. Vision coverage is provided to employees who elect either medical plan.
This plan provides coverage for dental expenses for employees and their eligible dependents. The PPO plan provides 100% coverage on preventive care, up to 80% on basic services, and up to 50% on major services.
OraSure Technologies recognizes the importance of disability and life insurance benefits to our employees. All employees receive Company paid life insurance, as well as disability insurance. Employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage.
FSA plans allow employees to set aside pre-tax monies for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses. FSA plans are a great way for employees to reduce their taxable income.
In order to assist our employees with planning for retirement, OraSure Technologies offers a generous 401k plan. We also provide Company-matching contributions.
In an effort to provide a wide range of benefits, OraSure offers the following additional benefits: paid time-off (PTO), employee service recognition, employee referral program, free will preparation, various employee discount plans, a casual dress policy, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
