Nancy J. Gagliano, MD, MBA, became a board member in November 2021 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Dr. Gagliano has more than 35 years of experience as a senior healthcare physician executive and practicing physician in internal medicine. Dr. Gagliano most recently served as an executive leader of the National Institute of Health’s RADx Tech, Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics program. In this position she has helped oversee over one billion dollars of sponsored programs to bring millions of new COVID-19 tests to market. Prior to her work for the National Institute of Health, Dr. Gagliano was the Chief Medical Officer of Culbert Healthcare Solutions, providing strategic guidance on healthcare consulting services. Before joining Culbert Healthcare, Dr. Gagliano spent six years with CVS Health holding senior leadership positions including as the Chief Medical Officer of Minute Clinic, and as a Senior Vice President overseeing key programs such as the enterprise smoking cessation program and the development of the company’s telemedicine program. Prior to her leadership roles at CVS Health, Dr. Gagliano was a practicing internal medicine physician and held numerous leadership positions at Massachusetts General Hospital and Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. Dr. Gagliano holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School, an MBA from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Union College in Computer Science and Biology.

Lisa Nibauer joined OraSure as Executive Vice President, Business Unit Leader, Diagnostics in May 2020. Prior to joining OraSure, Ms. Nibauer spent eight years at BD Becton Dickinson, Inc. (“BD”), most recently as VP/GM, Global Medication Delivery Solutions. In that role, she had general management responsibility for $1.6 billion in annual revenue and a team of over 300 people globally and was also accountable for the Global Marketing function for the largest business unit in BD. Prior to that, also at BD, Ms. Nibauer held the positions of VP/GM, Global PreAnalytical Systems Business & Global Marketing and Senior Director, Global Blood Collection Acquisition Platform. Prior to joining BD, she held general management, sales and marketing positions with increasing responsibilities at Adlens Beacon Inc., Schering-Plough Consumer Healthcare (Bayer), General Mills, Elf Atochem, and ICI (now part of AstraZeneca, Henkel and AkzoNobel). Ms. Nibauer earned an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary
Agnieszka M. Gallagher joined OraSure as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary in 2021. Prior to joining OraSure, Ms. Gallagher served as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a large cap biopharmaceutical company focused on RNAi therapeutics. Prior to joining Alnylam, Ms. Gallagher was the General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of ViiV Healthcare, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar annual business. Before ViiV Healthcare, Ms. Gallagher served on GSK Vaccines executive team as Vice President, Ethics and Compliance Officer, and prior to that she led GSK Vaccines’ legal and antitrust work following its $5 billion acquisition of Novartis Vaccines. Before joining GSK, Ms. Gallagher served in leadership roles in the legal and compliance functions at Sandoz (a Novartis Company), Medtronic Inc., and Pfizer Inc. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from Rutgers College.

David Rappaport has been the Senior Vice President, Business Development since April 2018. Prior to joining OraSure, Mr. Rappaport served as the Senior Vice President, Healthcare Investment Banking at Raymond James & Associates where he provided investment banking services in the Life Sciences practice group. Prior to his tenure at Raymond James, Mr. Rappaport served as a healthcare investment banker with Inverness Advisors, LLC, Thomas Weisel Partners, and SG Cowen. Mr. Rappaport received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Emory University.
President of Molecular Solutions
Kathleen Weber was named Executive Vice President, Business Unit Leader for Molecular Solutions in January 2019. In this role, she has oversight for the commercial, operational and financial performance of the business unit, which is also known as DNA Genotek. Kathy joined OraSure in 2012 as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products. Her role evolved from 2012 to 2018 to also include at various points in time managing the Emerging Disease Portfolio and leading the development of OraSure’s corporate strategy. Prior to joining OraSure, Ms. Weber held several senior commercial leadership positions at Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson and Schering–Plough. Ms. Weber began her career in the financial services industry and held various positions in U.S. and global marketing and operations at Chase Manhattan Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase. Ms. Weber received a B.S. degree in business administration from Georgetown University and earned an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Interim CFO, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations
Scott Gleason joined OraSure in May of 2021 serving as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining OraSure, Mr. Gleason served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy for Myriad Genetics, Inc., a leading specialty diagnostic laboratory in the United States focused on genetic testing and precision medicine. At Myriad, he managed the investor relations and corporate communications functions, led the annual strategic planning process, and was a member of the Company's strategic committee. Prior to his tenure with Myriad Genetics, Mr. Gleason was a senior publishing analyst at Stephens, Inc. from 2005 to 2013 covering the life science tools and diagnostics industry. Before joining Stephens, Inc. Mr. Gleason was a United States Air Force aircraft maintenance officer and participated in two wartime deployments. Mr. Gleason received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.

Amy Steigerwalt is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources responsible for OraSure Technologies’ global talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, total rewards and employee experience. Ms. Steigerwalt joined OraSure in 2017 with many years of Human Resources leadership experience in various industries. She has an extensive and proven background building successful HR teams focused on talent development, employee engagement and driving best practices in talent acquisition and people management. Prior to joining OraSure Technologies, Ms. Steigerwalt spent three years at Air Products in a Global HR leadership role. Prior to that, she held progressively increasing leadership roles at Knoll from 2006 to 2014, as well as additional Human Resources leadership roles at Estee Lauder and Polo. She holds a B.S. from University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Steigerwalt was recognized in Lehigh Valley’s 40 under 40 as a top leader in the community.
Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Michele Miller is the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for the Company’s financial accounting and reporting and ensuring compliance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), establishing appropriate accounting policies and procedures, and for overseeing OraSure’s treasury and tax functions. Prior to taking her current role in January 2022, Ms. Miller started her career at OraSure as the Manager, Financial Reporting and advanced in several positions within the accounting and financial reporting functions to most recently the Company’s Vice President, Finance and Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Miller served as Manager, Financial Reporting at Knoll, Inc. and as an accountant with Beard Miller Company and Ernst & Young. Ms. Miller received her B.S. in Accounting from Bloomsburg University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
